Dietary & Allergen Advice

At Teeze Cakes we want to ensure that you have all the information you need regarding product ingredients and preparation. We have prepared a user friendly Dietary & Allergens Guide, which should be checked carefully, and regularly, should you have any concerns. 

Cross-Contamination

Please be aware that all of our products are baked and prepared in our registered kitchen, which also handle all the main allergens including NUTS, GLUTEN (WHEAT), DAIRY, EGG and SOYA. Our products are all made within the same kitchen facilities. Our team takes all the necessary steps to ensure cross contamination doesn’t happen, however, there is always a risk that one of our products (which contains a main allergen ingredient e.g. NUTS) could have come into contact with another product. We advise anyone with a food allergy to read our Dietary & Allergens Guide carefully before deciding whether to purchase.

Product Ingredients List

Vanilla Cake:

Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, salt, vanilla paste, milk, cream, baking powder & baking soda.

Dutch Chocolate Cake:

Flour, sugar, vegetable oil, butter, eggs, milk, cream, dutch cocoa powder, chocolate, salt, vanilla paste, baking powder & baking soda.

Red Velvet Cake:

Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla paste, red colouring, milk, baking powder, baking soda, vinegar & vegetable oil.

Chocolate Sundae Cupcake:

Dutch Chocolate Cake (Refer to above), Thickener (from maize), palm oil, glucose syrup (from WHEAT), Colours (fruit and vegetable concentrates, brilliant blue FCF), Anticaking Agent (talc).

Strawberries and Cream Cupcake:

Vanilla Cake (Refer to above), pink colour, strawberries & glucose (from WHEAT).

Rainbow Sprinkle Cupcake:

Vanilla Cake (Refer to above), Thickener (from maize), palm oil, glucose syrup (from WHEAT), Colours (fruit and vegetable concentrates, brilliant blue FCF), Anticaking Agent (talc).

 Rosette Cupcakes:

Vanilla or Dutch Chocolate Cake (Refer to above). Colours.

Cookies and Cream Cupcake:

Dutch Chocolate Cake (Refer to above), oreo biscuits. 

 Choc Salted Caramel Cupcake:

Dutch Chocolate Cake (Refer to above). 

Snickers Cupcake:

Dutch Chocolate Cake (Refer to above). Peanuts, snickers chocolate.

Cherry Ripe Cupcake:

Dutch Chocolate Cake (Refer to above). Coconut essence, coconut, glaced cherries, cherry ripe chocolate.

Lemon Meringue Cupcake:

Vanilla Cake (Refer to above). Lemon, yellow colour.

Lime and Coconut Cupcake:

Vanilla Cake (Refer to above). Lime, coconut essence, coconut, green colour.
