Do you have a store front?
We don't currently have a store front and don't make items to sell on the spot. We create our cakes and products fresh to order from pre-orders made through our website and open our store for pick-ups.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
What times can I pick up my order?
Monday to Friday: 11am to 3pm
Saturday: 9am to 11am
Do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery in the Mareeba (4880) area during the following times
Morning- Tuesday to Friday: 8:30-10:30am
Afternoon- Monday to Friday: 3:30pm-5:30pm
PAYMENTS & RETURNS
How can I pay?
Our online store offers the flexibility of paying with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay or Shopify Pay.
We also have AfterPay available.
After accepting a quote from us for a customised order, we'll send you an invoice via email. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your booking. Bank details will be provided and can be paid via Direct Deposit or a Bank Transfer.
What happens if I have to cancel my order?
If you cancel your order, a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of your order total will be charged. This is to cover: admin costs incurred to administer your order, cost of goods including payments made in advance to suppliers, the cost of losing sales which may have been taken for your scheduled pickup/delivery date, staff wages and additional costs incurred with the production of your order. If your order contains a pre-payment, the pre-payment will be applied to cover the fifty percent (50%) order cancellation fee.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
What happens if I need to alter my order?
Please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cater.
If requested, we will endeavor to adjust your order where possible. These requests may not be possible due to the notice period provided and/or nature of request. If the alterations incur additional cost, you will be charged accordingly. If you are unsure on your design, we suggest you do not confirm your order until you are satisfied to elevate additional charges. If you postpone, or wish to change the date of your pickup/delivery, your order may be subject to an alteration fee. This is to cover costs including admin costs incurred to administer your order, cost of goods including payments made in advance to suppliers, the cost of losing sales which may have been taken for your scheduled pickup/delivery date, staff wages and additional costs incurred with the production of your order
Do you offer Gluten Free & Dairy Free?
Yes we offer a few Gluten Free & Dairy Free options. They are apart of our Made Without Collection via our website. Custom Cakes can also be tailors to suit dietary requirements. We do make these in the same kitchen as everything else and do our best to avoid cross contamination.
Do you offer Vegan?
We currently make vegan macarons. They are apart of our Made Without Collection via our website. We are looking at introducing more variety of products to cater for the Vegan diet. We do make these in the same kitchen as everything else and do our best to avoid cross contamination.
Do you make Wedding Cakes?
We certainly do, please fill out a custom order quote form and we'll get in contact with you.
How do I store the cake?
Buttercream cakes are best stored in the fridge and taken out 1-2hrs before required as they're best eaten at room temperature 20-25'c.
Fondant cakes are best stored in an airconditioned room or cool area 20-25'c. Do not refrigerate or your cake might end up in a sticky mess.
